Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

In 1998 a range of grape varietals were planted totalling 18 hectares (45 acres) including Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier.

Since 2003, small parcels of fruit have been hand selected to produce the staple of Hillbillé wines - the Estate and Reserve range.

Youthful straw in colour, this wine displays an aromatic fruity fresh bouquet of lemon zest and pears, with a balanced and refined finish.
